So I fell off the face of the earth...
I can't even describe how incredibly busy I've been. And without even having any Colorguard in my life - such a surprise to me! I mean, I knew this semester was going to be a bit more hectic with my internship, but I'm just beat.
It's internship, work, school, clubs, extra shoots, homework! REPEAT. I'm too busy to even realize that for the first time in 7 years, I don't have a show to rehearse or a competition to go to on Saturday night...
Anyway, just stopping by to say hello.
And that I hope to see everyone soon...

So I had a great time with Tom this weekend! We saw a movie (Hot Fuzz), we went shopping at Cherry Hill, we walked around Haddonfield, and we went to Arden's graduation party and hung out with all the Rowan kids! It's just too bad every day of summer couldn't be like today. Well at least it gives me something to look forward to for next weekend! I'll get to make another trip up to NoJo on Saturday night or Sunday...woo!
In other news, every night this week I've been at Colleen's house til the wee hours of the morning jamming out on Guitar Hero II! We might be becoming huge dorks, but we're also getting pretty darn good! If you haven't had a chance to play this game yet, find yourself a PS2 or XBox360 owner and get them to buy the game so you can play - it's so much fun and easily addicting! Or you can always just go to Best Buy and play in the middle of the store...me and Colleen did that for about a half hour one day before she had the game haha...
Well since I'm working backwards, my birthday bar crawl at UD was sooooo much fun! I'm so happy that I got the chance to celebrate with the Apex crew, and I hope that we can all get together during the summer for an encore...I'm sure somebody else's birthday is coming up in the next couple of months! Speaking of Apex, I'm starting to get way jealous of everyone that's going to Vegas at the end of the month! I need to go back so bad! I never thought I'd like Las Vegas as much as I did...it probably helped that I was with 20+ of my best friends though!
Blah I have work in 9 hours at the driving range...it's kind of fun to be back there, but this whole having two jobs thing is going to get old fast! Eh - I think I'm pretty much going to only work one weekenight there and one day on the weekend because with my job at Rowan that'll be about 30-35 hours and that's about all I can handle!
Okay I could probably write some more crap, but I'm kind of tired and I have to pee.

Long time, no update!
I'm so busy, but everything is coming to end in less than two weeks. It's really weird to think that it's almost summer... I'm not sure if I'm excited for it or not.
I got a 20 hr/wk job working at Rowan in the Dean of the College of Communucations office, which is Mon-Thurs. It sounds like it should be pretty good and I will still be working at SJGC handing out golf balls to old guys at nights and weekends. I should be making a decent amount of money all together, including tips from the range, so I'm looking forward to that!
I'm going to be really sad to leave school this year. I've had an awesome semester, I love my apartment and my roommate and my Colleen and my boyfriend and my classes! Luckily I'll still be around campus all summer for my job, but it will be sad without everyone else here. Me and Colleen are definitely hanging out this summer though - we always forget to every other summer!
I do have a lot of stuff to look forward to this summer, so that's good news! May is graduation month as well as the celebration of my 21st bday! The first two weekends should include several outtings for my first legal drinks! Then its my sister's graduation followed by Stacey's grad blowout bash at UD over Memorial Day weekend! Then Colleen will be 21 on June 11 which means I'll have a buddy to go out with :) Then my family cruise which is either in June or July...I actually forget, but it should be a lot of fun because my family is a lot of fun! And then in July, Rosie turns 21 which means a trip to CenJo to celebrate! And at some point me and Tom are gonna go to Maine for a few days and make home movies with his 8mm camera!
Things have been goin really good lately with life and I keep saying that something bad's bound to happen soon, but I hope I'm wrong because I like things the way they are!
Don't forget my big day - April 30th...mark your calendars!!!

So a lot has been going well lately!
School's been going great...even though classes are a little time consuming. I just love all my friends and am so happy to have Tom now. It's hard to get excited to go away to Apex for the weekend when I am finally enjoying my Monday-Friday so much...
And Apex is going. The home show was cool this past Saturday...we had so much support from the crowd and all of the Kingsway kids and parents had nothing but nice things to say about the performance. I'm just definitely sad that Raul couldn't be there to see the show....it was weird without him around that day...
Anyway, some things that are coming up:
*P.F. Chang's for lunch on Thursday with my Rowan favorites
*Rhode Island regional this weekend
*Easter is in a few weeks which means seeing some of my awesome family!
*Dayton Championships in a month...wow
*End of the season on 4/28
*My 21st Birthday on 4/30!!!!!!

So I haven't really updated about what's been going on in my life for a while. Probably because it's nothing out of the ordinary...
Apex consumes my weekends.
Had a few rough practice weekends.
Love my friends.
First show should have been better.
The show's coming along though...
School only started like 3 weeks ago?
Been so busy with classes.
Being a lab monitor is boring.
I'm thankful for my friends here.
Played basketball - so exhuasting!
Superbowl party @ Dave's was worth the walk.
Right now I have a bunch of things I need to get done for Wednesday, but I can barely focus on anything because it's freezing in this room and I have no control over the temperature and I have to stay here for another 2 hours AND I'm rediculously hungry. And it's quiet. Too quiet! Ugh...

Been a while since I updated.
Few things to comment on:
1. Christmas came and went too fast, but overall a good time w good people
2. Holiday camp for Apex seemed like an eternity, but got some stuff done and another fun gift exchange
3. New Year's had its moments...never been a fan of the holiday bc I always forget to make plans...
4. Cpex, started show, cut music, should be a good season!
5. Lots of time spent w the K's over break...good times in Chi and WCU...love these kids
6. Night of dancing w Chris Romann...always a pleasure
7. Can't believe it's back to the Ro on Sunday, then classes start Tues! ugh..
8. Tons to work on @ Apex...Winterfest on 1/21 and first show 1/28
9. Kingsway Band Banquet next Friday and monthly practices start in Feb!
10. I've been missin on people lately...partly my own fault

At the end of the day faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you don't really expect it. It's like one day you realize that the fairytale may be slightly different than you dreamed. The castle, well, it may not be a castle. And it's not so important that it's happy ever after, just that its happy right now. See once in a while, once in a blue moon, people will surprise you, and once in a while people may even take your breath away.
